This children’s sugar mill bracelet is a reminder of the cane sugar icons that still stand all over St. Croix and the other U.S. Virgin Islands.

Sugar mills are authentic stone structures from the 1750s that still exist on island.

These “sheds” were actually used to process cane sugar for decades.

Carla symbolizes the historic value of this St. Croix heritage by hand making her version of this sugar mill miniature bracelet.

The sugar mill is soldered into a silver diamond shape and then soldered securely to the bracelet band.
